Biography

Celeste Rossetto Dickey worked in Bethel School District in Eugene, Oregon for over 25 years. Her roles included Elementary and Middle School Teacher, School Counselor (K-12) and District  Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator. She also served the PBIS Coordinator for Placer County Office of Education in California for three years.

Celeste Rossetto Dickey's work has focused on education, prevention and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. She has been a member of the research group at the Educational Community Supports department in the College of Education from 2008-2013 and 2016-present. She is a member of the ECS Training team and develops training materials for PBIS Assessments, School-Wide Information Systems (SWIS) and Check In Check Out CICO-SWIS) applications.  She has provided training and presented at numerous state and national conferences. 

With regard to service in her profession, she is a member of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), the Oregon School Counselor Association (OSCA), and the Association for Positive Behavior Supports (APBS). She served as Elementary Vice-President for OSCA. She was also a Board Member of the NorthWest PBIS Network and served as President for 2 years. She is currently an APBS Board Member and serves as a co-chair for an APBS committee.
