C-SPAN’s “2017  Cities Tour” made a stop in Eugene, Oregon, to feature the history and literary life of the community. They visited literary and historic sites and interviewed local historians, authors, and civic leaders.  One of the people they chose was Professor Mohr, who discussed issues related to his book, Licensed to Practice: The Supreme Court Defines the American Medical Profession.  Below is a link to that interview, which aired  originally on American History TV (AHTV) on C-SPAN3 and Book TV on C-SPAN2.
