Profile

Loring has worked in public sector information technology since receiving his BS in Computer and Information Science from the UO in 1998.  His background includes implementation and support of enterprise-level human resources and financial systems as well as Microsoft .NET development and a broad range of other IT projects and technologies.  Loring is a member of the Web Services team, specializing in enterprise data and back-end programming.
