Profile

Nathen is an undergraduate career and academic advisor in the School of Journalism and Communication. He advises prospective, pre-journalism, and students currently enrolled in the SOJC. Prior to coming to the University of Oregon, Nathen worked as an International Student Advisor with International Programs and Partnerships at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. Nathen is a graduate of BGSU with an undergraduate degree in History and a minor in Political Science. He also received his Masters of Education at BGSU with a specialization in Sport Administration. Additional prior work history includes a short stint with the Cleveland Browns as an intern and being an adjunct faculty member in the School of Human, Sport, and Leisure studies at BGSU.
