Profile

Dr. Machalicek's scholarship focuses on the development and evaluation of individualized behavioral and educational practices that contribute to positive child, family, and school outcomes for young children with intellectual and developmental delays including children with autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities.

Dr. Machalicek works with undergraduate and masters students, and doctoral students to conduct applied research and is always interested in talking with students who are interested in obtaining experience in research. She holds a weekly Applied Behavior Analysis Research lab meeting each term. Interested students can learn more by emailing Dr. Machalicek at wmachali@uoregon.edu.
