Statement

Italian, born in Torino in 1986

1st and 2nd level Bachelor's degrees in Economics at the University of Torino, Italy (September '08  and March '12).

Master's degree in Economics and Politics of Eastern/Southeastern Europe of the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece (February '14) with a final dissertation on how corruption prevented the formation of a balanced party system in Ukraine.  Spent the months of July and August 2013 in Kirovograd, Ukraine, as an intern at Transparency International Ukraine.

Main research interests through life have been monetary systems, corruption, political parties and elections. Current area of focus is the Caribbean and Central America.

I travelled extensively across Eastern Europe and I speak good English, decent French, some Greek and Spanish, a little bit of Polish, and (obviously) Italian.

In my free time I'm a skilled cook, a horrible singer and an avid traveller and reader.
