Administrator in Eugene School District 4j.  Principal at two different schools in this district. Worked at the 4j District Office coordinating Guidance and Counseling k-12.  In charge of the Tragedy Response Team training individuals and sending teams to sites when needed.  Created Networking Breakfast for community.  Wrote curriculum for counseling and responsible for standardization visits from State of Oregon's Department of Education.  Provided staff development opportunities for all interested 4j staff in the form of “Blue Plate Specials”.   Participated in standardization visits to other districts in Oregon.  Wrote Safe and Drug Free Schools Grant and helped facilitate and administer this grant.  Helped write “Youth Yellow Pages”.  Was President of Oregon School Counseling Association and a member of the American School Counseling Association where I represented Oregon at national conferences.
