Mr. Joye’s research interests include the implementation and evaluation of research practice partnerships (RPPs) and Networked Improvement Communities (NICs), and effective online learning strategies through micro-professional development learning modules. He was a Co-PI on a US Department of Education i3 funded grant project focused on online educator networks, and is presently pursuing additional funding for related projects that focus on RPP / NIC ventures, online learning and STEM-based K12 Makerspace environments.
