Srithip received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Loyola Marymount University and her Master of Arts in Urban Planning at UCLA. She has experience working in various industries and was a business owner for many years before moving to higher education. Srithip and her husband have two grown children and are now raising chickens and goats. When not at work, she is trying to dress her goats in pajamas and teach her chickens to play the piano.
