Research

A specialist in gender and identity in the European Iron Age, Dr. Evans is also known for his work in archaeological survey, cartography and computing. His culturally oriented research foxuses on the examination of spatial relationships in both burial and habitation site in Britain, Ireland and France. His more methodologically oriented research focuses on the development of theoretically oriented methodological approaches in, and pedagogical approaches to, spatial and quantitative analysis within archaeological and anthropological research. When not teaching or researching he spends most of his time dedicated to writing both fiction and non-fiction.
