Biography

As publications editor and development writer, AnneMarie Knepper-Sjoblom tells the story of the Lundquist College of Business through student, faculty, alumni, and donor profiles, news stories, and photos while inspiring giving.

Knepper-Sjoblom is the lead writer for the college's UO Business: The Magazine, the dean's letter, and the monthly e-news. She also supports the writing needs of development officers in the college's Office of External Relations through brochures, funding proposals, and more.

Before joining the Lundquist College of Business, Knepper-Sjoblom served as crime and courts reporter for the Democrat-Herald, a daily newspaper in Albany. She has worked as a freelance writer, editor, and photographer with work appearing in The Oregonian, The Catholic Sentinel, and trade publications, and at the international tech PR firm Text 100.

She is a graduate of the UO School of Journalism and Communication and loves experiencing all that Track Town has to offer with her husband, twins, and dogs.
