Amy Green is a Human Resources Director in the The Central Business Service Offices (CBSO). The CBSO is a shared service office, provides service within the Office of the Provost portfolio at the University of Oregon. https://provost.uoregon.edu/cbso

 

Amy leads a team of HR professionals who assist the College of Education with personnel related activities and transactions. As the Associate Director of HR Amy provides strategic leadership and direction surrounding human resources initiatives and priorities for the College of Education. She works closely with the Dean and COE Leadership to provide guidance and direction on strategic and personnel planning, recruitment and retention, compensation, performance management, personnel aspects of policy and procedures development and compliance, and professional development goals and needs within the college.
