Tiffany Benefiel joined the School of Music and Dance in August 2019 as Executive Assistant to the Dean. She serves as the primary contact to the dean to ensure all matters related to her calendar, meetings, and travel are managed with efficiency. In addition, she provides oversight to processes within the Dean’s Office such as promotion and tenure, faculty evaluations, faculty searches, accreditation and program reviews, visiting scholars, courtesy appointments, and special projects for the dean.

 

Prior to coming to SOMD, Tiffany served in various capacities at the University of Oregon including executive assistant and faculty & program support in the College of Design.
