Janice Hatton is a partner with Luvaas Cobb, P.C. in Eugene. She practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, Medicaid planning and elder law. Janice serves on the Oregon State Bar’s Estate Planning and Administration Section both as an executive board member and part of the editorial board for the section’s newsletter. She is a member of the Eugene Estate Planning Council. She has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America for Elder Law and Trust and Estates since 2009. Janice obtained her B.A. in Political Science and History from The College of Idaho in 1987. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1990.
