Biography

Jeslyn Everitt is an attorney with University of Oregon’s Office of General, where she handles a wide-ranging portfolio including litigation, labor and employment, free speech, privacy law, health law, and government compliance.  Prior joining UO’s legal team, Jeslyn was litigation counsel at the law firm Munger Tolles and Olson.

Jeslyn has taught in the area of dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation, since 2015.  She was previously an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley School of Law, and also serves as a community mediator.

Jeslyn received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as the director of the moot court and alternative dispute resolution program.  She received her undergraduate degree in Social Science and Comparative Religion from Harvard College.  Following law school, Jeslyn clerked for the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
