Biography

Katina R. Saint Marie, earned a JD in 2007 from the University of Oregon School of Law and was awarded a PhD in English Literature in 2015 after she defended a multi-disciplinary dissertation regarding property law and Early Modern British Drama.  In her early years as an attorney, Katina worked for nonprofit organizations, representing incarcerated women and low-income individuals in the area of family law.  
 
In 2013, Katina began her own private practice, and, since 2015, she has been practicing law with the firm Kruse & Saint Marie, LLC.  Katina continues to represent individuals in family law matters as well as juvenile dependency and delinquency matters and protective proceedings such as restraining orders and stalking orders.  
 
In her free time, Katina is an avid reader and enjoys spending time in nature: hiking, running, swimming, biking, and backpacking.
