Profile

Lisa Fortin manages college-wide events including orientation and commencement and assists in alumni outreach and student recruitment. She has worked at the University of Oregon managing events since 2006. At the alumni association, she helped plan reunions and homecoming, and reorganized the student alumni association. At the Holden Leadership Center, she provided leadership programming and advised students.

Fortin has worked in events management and marketing for more than 15 years and holds the professional designation of Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) from the Convention Industry Council. Prior to working at the University of Oregon, she served as an officer in the U.S. Army and worked as an events coordinator for several non-profit associations.
