Megan Smith is an Executive Director with the Community Service Center and the Program Director of Resource Assistance for Rural Environments (RARE). Megan specializes in citizen outreach and education as a tool for planning and community development. Megan’s work focuses on watershed and river related-planning and rural issues. Her most recent work includes citizen involvement and outreach for the McKenzie Watershed Council and community development projects for the U.S. Forest Service and Lane County.
