Shaina Trevino, PhD, is a Research Associate with both the HEDCO Institute for Evidence-Based Educational Practice and the Prevention Science Institute. Dr. Trevino completed her doctorate in Prevention Science at the University of Oregon with a specialization in educational data science and quantitative research methods. As a quantitative methodologist, she has expertise in data management, harmonization, analysis, and archiving, computational reproducibility, and privacy-preserving data publishing methods. Her scholarship focuses on intergenerational transmission of self- and emotion regulation, youth well-being, and violence prevention.
